Welcome to Eagle Aircraft. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, facilities, aircraft, flight instruction, and training programs. By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services or participate in our flight training programs.
Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or enrolling in training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Eagle Aircraft.
Eagle Aircraft reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility Requirements
To participate in flight training with Eagle Aircraft, you must:
- Meet FAA age requirements for the applicable certificate
- Be able to read, speak, write, and understand the English language
- Hold a valid FAA medical certificate (or be eligible to obtain one)
- Provide valid government-issued identification
- Meet TSA / AFSP requirements if you are a non-U.S. citizen
- Comply with all FAA regulations and safety standards
Enrollment and Registration
Application Process
- Completion of an enrollment or training request
- Submission of required documentation
- Payment of applicable fees or deposits
- Acceptance by Eagle Aircraft
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of training without refund.
Payment Terms
Tuition and Fees
Students are responsible for all training costs, including aircraft rental, instructor time, fuel surcharges, materials, and applicable taxes. Payment must be kept current to continue training.
Late Payments
Accounts with outstanding balances may result in suspended training privileges until balances are paid in full.
Cancellations and Refunds
Lesson Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Late cancellations may be charged the full scheduled rate.
Withdrawal
Refunds for unused prepaid balances may be issued at Eagle Aircraft’s discretion, less any applicable administrative fees.
Safety and Risk Acknowledgment
Flight training involves inherent risks. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions, FAA regulations, and instructor guidance.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eagle Aircraft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in flight training or use of our services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
